At Project Get Out

Knowing what happens next, and who owns it.

Moving overseas involves decisions across a business, a household and several providers. Stephan’s work at Project Get Out focuses on the process that connects them.

01

Put the work in order

Stephan handles process design and operational customer experience. His role is to organise the steps, dependencies and handoffs so the team can see what needs attention next.

02

Connect research with practical decisions

His responsibilities include research coordination. The journal’s articles under his byline cover provider selection, preparation and execution, with questions business owners can ask before committing to a destination or setup provider.

03

Build the systems behind the service

Technology, qualification flows and backend systems sit within his role. They support the team’s work from the first enquiry through planning and coordination.
